The High Cloud Insights Extension interacts with METRC data to enhance reporting and operational insights. By using the Service, You agree to comply with all applicable METRC regulations and ensure that Your use of METRC data aligns with state laws governing cannabis tracking and reporting. We are not responsible for Your compliance with METRC regulations.
To use the Extension, you may need to have a valid METRC account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your METRC account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of Information
The Service, or certain features of the Service, is available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan You select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless You cancel it or We cancel it.
You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings or by contacting Us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the already-paid Subscription period, but You will retain access until the end of the period.
4. Information Sharing
You shall provide Us with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information. If automatic billing fails, We will issue an electronic invoice, and You must complete payment manually.
We may modify Subscription fees at Our discretion. Fee changes will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period, with prior notice to You, giving You the option to cancel before the new fees are applied.
We may, at Our sole discretion, offer a Free Trial Subscription or Discounted Trial Subscritpion for a limited period. You may need to enter billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, but You will not be charged until the trial period expires. After the trial, You will automatically be billed unless You cancel before the end of the trial period.
