We may utalize any other third-pary service as we see fit.
3. Use of Information
The Service, or certain features of the Service, is available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan You select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless You cancel it or We cancel it.
You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings or by contacting Us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the already-paid Subscription period, but You will retain access until the end of the period.
4. Information Sharing
You shall provide Us with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information. If automatic billing fails, We will issue an electronic invoice, and You must complete payment manually.
We may modify Subscription fees at Our discretion. Fee changes will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period, with prior notice to You, giving You the option to cancel before the new fees are applied.
We may, at Our sole discretion, offer a Free Trial Subscription or Discounted Trial Subscritpion for a limited period. You may need to enter billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, but You will not be charged until the trial period expires. After the trial, You will automatically be billed unless You cancel before the end of the trial period.
