High Cloud is neither a METRC replacement nor an ERP. It’s a powerful add-on tool that uses the data you already track in METRC. With High Cloud’s enhanced capabilities, METRC comes closer to functioning as a comprehensive ERP for your business.

Yes. You can change plans and payment options at anytime. It's easy. Press LINK and you will recieve an email to the email address you signed up for High Cloud with. From there it is quick to adjust your plan as needed!

All plans have unlimited Users. If a user wants to see High Cloud's features, all they have to do is install it at LINK. After it is downloaded, if they have access to the same license your plan is under, they can see High Cloud working in METRC.

This can be controlled by your METRC permissions. If a user does not have access to the reporting tab, they cannot see High Cloud's reports. The search bar will be available for all users, no matter the permission.

No. High Cloud only uses the history to generate insights and reports. It does not alter, create or transfer any inventory items.
