Change Plan or Payment

High Cloud seamlessly integrates with METRC, placing its reporting features directly in the Reports tab. If you don’t have access to this tab, you'll need your METRC Admin to grant you permission to use these features.

1. Sign Up for a High Cloud Plan

Select a plan and sign up on High Clouds Website. Press "LINK" to sign up now!

2. Open Your Chrome Browser

Ensure you are using Google Chrome on your computer. The extension is compatible only with this browser.

Change METRC Licenses With Access

High Cloud seamlessly integrates with METRC, placing its reporting features directly in the Reports tab. If you don’t have access to this tab, you'll need your METRC Admin to grant you permission to use these features.

3. Go to the Chrome Store and Install

Go to "LINKhrome.google.com/webstore" to visit the Chrome Store. On the details page, click the blue "Add to Chrome" button.A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation. Click "Add Extension" to confirm and begin the installation

4. Log in to Your METRC Account

Once the extension is installed, log in to your METRC account as usual. Once you have purchased a plan and have High Cloud integrated, you’ll see new features in the Reports Tab and other add-ons.
