Change Plan or Payment

High Cloud seamlessly integrates with METRC, placing its reporting features directly in the Reports tab. If you don’t have access to this tab, you'll need your METRC Admin to grant you permission to use these features.

1. Click the High Cloud Icon on the upper right corner, where Chrome Extensions are managed. Press "Manage Subscription"

Or Click Here: Account Manager.

2. Enter the Email Used to Subscribe to High Cloud Into the Customer Portal.

The email is sent to the email address that was used to subscribe to High Cloud. If you are having issues accessing the email addressed used to subscribe, email us at info@highcloudinsights.com

3. Open Email and Link

The Stripe link will direct you to your portal to edit your plan.

Change METRC Licenses With Access

Unfortunately, the license you registered with is the only license you can use under that subscription. If you need to change licenses, please reach out to us at support@highcloudinsights.com and we will assist you with this.

Managing Users

Any METRC user with access to the license you registed with High Cloud can use the extension and benefit from High Cloud's features.

I dont want a user to have access to the reports

You must manage the user within METRC. If a user does not have access to the reports tab, they will not have access to High Cloud's reporting feature

I want a user to have access to the search bar and barcoding

If a METRC user has the extension downloaded and access to the license with the High Cloud subscription, they will be able to use the search bar and barcoding features.
