Subscription Troubleshooting
Last Update 10th October, 2024High Cloud is a subscription-based Chrome extension registered to your company’s license number, giving you unlimited access to all users under that license. If you’re experiencing issues, you’re in the right place!

1. No Subscription
Click BUY NOW to sign up for a subsciption plan.
2. High Cloud Insights is not Downloaded Onto Your Chrome Browser
Go to High Cloud's Chrome Store. Click the blue "Add to Chrome" button.
3. Typo While Signing Up
If you need to manage your account or the licenses that have been registered, go to
4. Didn't Sign Up For That Specific License
If your company operates under multiple licenses, High Cloud’s features will only be accessible for the licenses registered during your initial sign-up. For businesses managing more than three licenses or requiring advanced reporting across additional licenses or states, an extra subscription will be needed to extend access to those additional licenses.
5. It Might be Working
Try going to the reports tab and look for the search bar at the top. The reports will appear on METRC's reporting tab.
6. I Unsubscribed, I Want This Pop Up Message to Disapear
If you no longer have a subscription and wish to keep it that way, you must delete the chrome off of your browser to remove the pop up.
