Report Troubleshooting

High Cloud is a subscription-based Chrome extension giving you access to a suite of advanced reporting features. If you’re experiencing issues, you’re in the right place!

1. No Subscription

Press BUY NOW to sign up for a subsciption plan.


2. It Might be Working

If you have a lot of data, the reports can take some time to build. Please be patient and stay on the reporting page for as long as needed. You can always open another tab and come back later.

The report will automatically appear in your downloads once complete. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us at support@highcloudinsights.com.


3. Reports are Not Downloading

3. No Data in the CSV or Excel Download

Check your date ranges and filters. If it all looks correct, double check that you do have METRC tags for that date range within your system. You may have transfered out the tags you are looking for, and once you transfer them out, we can no longer read them.

4. I am Missing Data in My Report

If your company transfers out tag IDs that held information on your production process, you may have lost that data forever. When you transfer a tag to another license, that new license has the history of that tag. We can only process the information within your own METRC, so be careful about which tags you send out and re-tag your products before you sell them to a seperate entity.


5. I Don't Understand the Report

Please see our Best Practices or click the icon next to the report's filters to learn more about the report.


6. Report is Taking a Long Time to Build

The speed of report generation depends on factors such as your Wi-Fi connection, the date range selected, and the volume of data your company has. Please allow time for the report to build and process your extensive data history.

You can navigate away from the tab if needed, but be sure to keep the reporting tab open while the process completes. Once finished, the report will automatically download to your device. Thank you for your patience!
